Who we are

AidFlow is a trading name of Learnfinity Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 14977930. Our registered office is 43 Priors Croft, London E17 5NJ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZB936867.

Learnfinity Ltd is the data controller for enquiries made through this website. Where we build or run software for a client, that client is normally the data controller and we act as their data processor.

Enquiries through this website

If you email or call us, we hold the details you give us: your name, your email address, your telephone number, the organisation you work for and whatever you tell us about what you need. We use this only to reply to you and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to make. Where we go on to work together, the basis becomes performance of a contract.

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years from our last contact, then delete it. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing lists.

Client data in software we build

Software we build for a client often holds that client's own records, which can include personal data about their customers, tenants or staff. In those cases we act as a data processor on the client's written instructions.

We put a data processing agreement in place before any real data is used. That agreement sets out what we may do with the data, how long it is held, who can reach it and what happens to it at the end of the engagement. Where the software is built inside the client's own Microsoft 365 tenancy, the data stays under the client's own controls throughout.

Web versions are hosted in the United Kingdom. Access is by named login with role-based permissions rather than shared accounts.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Some pages elsewhere on this site load a third-party measurement script; where that is the case it is disclosed on the page itself.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we are using it and to ask us to restrict its use. To make a request, email anwar@aidflow.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
